How it Works
Our governance ensures Stone Circle is transparent, accountable, and aligned with Wiltshire Council’s priorities.

Step 1 – Apply to the Wiltshire Council Housing Register
Step 2 – Council nominates households for available Stone Circle homes
Step 3 – If nominated, Stone Circle will confirm your offer, complete paperwork, and guide you into your new home
Step 4 – Manage your tenancy with ease via our online Tenant Portal.
Key Worker Homes
On some occasions, Stone Circle makes properties available specifically to key workers such as NHS staff, teachers, and emergency services. These will be advertised through Rightmove, Zoopla, and here on our site.
